When used 30% minimum with other staples, amicor is an acrylic based staple showing antibacterial, anti-fungus and anti allergic qualities. Amicor shows its quality by the release of antibacterial material settled to fiber structure with injection method in controlled form. As this quality has a structure that doesn't dissolve in water, it is durable up to 200 washings. It is more lasting in these terms according to antibacterial quality achieved with finishing and it doesn't give any harmful effect to human body. It prevents bacteria and fungus growth. Thus, it also doesn't allow any unpleasant smell. It doesn't cause allergy and it shows accordance to body. Its heat resistance is very high. It doesn't require any additional process in painting and polishing stages. Amicor, which is an acrylic based fiber, has 2 different types as antibacterial (Amicor AB) and antifungus (Amicor AF). In order to achieve double effect on products, the mixture of these two fibers are used and this mixture is called Amicor Plus. Other Amicor types are more efficient types in resistant bacteria and fungus compared to Amicor AB and AF. This additive material remaining on surface during the usage and washing of fabrics is worn constantly; it is kept away from the surface with migration and erosion. However, with the migration of the material inside the fiber to the surface, antibacterial effect is protected.
These threads are produced with air jet. This method is the most efficient and versatile method among other textured methods, which are known until today. Majority of textured methods covers the mechanical shape change during thermal process of thermoplastic endless threads. Contrary to other textured methods, air jet textured is totally a mechanical method. In this method, sizable and less flexible threads with knots on their surface are produced through a cold air stream and these threads look like bent natural fiber threads like cotton or wool thread in terms of appearance and physical qualities. Bulkiness of textured flexible threads produced with other textured methods may reduce according to the size of the voltage applied on them even though geometrical shape of threads textured with air jet doesn't change and remain fixed under forces equivalent to voltages encountered in weaving and wearing process. Thread surface is covered with locked small knots, which are connected well to the origin of the thread. As these knows cause establishment of an insulated air layer between fabrics, they play the same role with the feathers on the surface of bent natural fiber threads. Fabrics woven with Air Pass/Bulky are highly resistant to corrosion and stable in terms of structure.
Dupoll is a texturized thread. Generally, textured process can be defined as the technique of converting endless synthetic filaments, which are arranged in tight and parallel form, into more open and sizable structure. Synthetic thread, which is obtained in thread pulling, is massless. It has a proper surface sticking and it is slippery and hard. Just like natural silk, it is made up of parallel elementary fibers. These threads are shiny and have transparent structure and their moisture absorption quality is not so well. Fabrics made up of these are hard proper touching and their hiding power is less and doesn't absorp any water at all. After Dupoll process, threads have a bigger size, more prolongation and elasticity, more heat taking quality and softer touching. As a result, textile products produced from these threads have more size, elasticity and prolongation with a better hiding power, satisfactory and soft touch, shape fixation and heat insulation ability in addition to high water absorption.
Thanks to high strength, effect and size of poll-in threads, which are modified from polyester, they have a wide area of usage in our collection. While responding to different demands with striking color options, they protect their natural resistance against discoloration. When these qualities come together with easy-to-clean ability, soft touching and crease resistance qualities, it becomes first option material in customer demands. When intensity of Poll-in is compared to certain artificial and natural fibers, it is very high. Aydın Textile brings products with Thermax technology, which balances body heat during usage, to its customers. Flexible material consisting of microcapsules protects product heat actively and balances body heat at 37°C all day either by increasing or reducing. Ideal heat, which prevents cold or sweat, gives a comfortable usage in the product. When heat goes up in NEITHER HOT – NOR COLD environment, "heat changing" microcapsules keep increasing heat by liquidization. When the heat in the environment goes down, they crystallize and release the energy they keep.
